One Important Hint:
The Nyerere–Zanzibar–Europe sequence on Day 13 need particular attention. We recommend that your flight back home is booked to take place on Day 14, not on Day 13, because it is the day you will be returning from Nyerere National Park, allow yourself a smooth night in Zanzibar, and wake up tomorrow morning ready for your transfer to Zanzibar International Airport for your flight back home.

Booking and Payment Policy for Lodge/Tented Camp Accommodated Safaris:
2 Days and 3 Days Safari Packages: A deposit of 10% of the safari cost per person is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your safari reservation with us.
4 Days Safari Package: A deposit of 30% of the safari cost per person is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your safari reservation with us.
5+ Days Safari Packages: A deposit of 50% of the safari cost per person is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your safari reservation with us.
Remaining Balance: The outstanding balance must be paid at least six months prior to the scheduled safari start date in order to maintain the confirmed reservation.

For any lodge safari inquiry received within six months of the scheduled safari start date, 100% of the total safari cost is required at the time of booking in order to confirm and secure the safari reservation with us.

Spend seven days exploring the world-famous Serengeti ecosystem in search of the Great Wildebeest Migration, enjoy three days relaxing on Zanzibar's tropical beaches, and finish with three days of wildlife adventures in the remote wilderness of Nyerere National Park.
To maximize your time and minimize long road journeys, this package includes four internal flight legs connecting the safari destinations.
Detailed 13-Day Itinerary
Days 1–7: Seven-Day Serengeti Great Migration Safari
Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania and transfer to Serengeti National Park
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, where you will meet our safari representative. Connect to your scheduled light aircraft flight to Serengeti National Park.
Upon arrival at the designated airstrip, meet your safari guide and transfer to your tented camp, enjoying wildlife viewing along the way where time permits.
Spend the late afternoon to evening exploring the surrounding plains and looking for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and predators.
Accommodation: Serengeti Wilderness Camps or a comparable accommodation operator
Meals: Lunch and dinner, subject to arrival time.
Day 2: Central Serengeti game drive
Explore the central Serengeti, known for its open grasslands, rocky kopjes, resident lions, leopards, cheetahs, and large herds of grazing animals.
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, with opportunities to observe wildlife interactions and capture photographs of the spectacular landscapes.
Accommodation: Serengeti Wilderness Camps or a comparable accommodation operator
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 3: Serengeti migration exploration
Continue your safari in the areas where the Great Migration is expected to be most active during your travel dates.
Your guide will search for large wildebeest and zebra herds, predators, and other wildlife. Picnic lunch can be enjoyed in the bush during a full-day game drive.
Accommodation: Serengeti Wilderness Camps or a comparable accommodation operator
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 4: Northern or western Serengeti migration safari
Travel toward the northern or western Serengeti, depending on the season and the location of the herds.
During the appropriate months, the northern Serengeti offers opportunities to witness wildebeest river-crossing activity along the Mara River. In the western corridor, the Grumeti ecosystem can provide excellent wildlife viewing during the migration season.
River crossings are natural events and cannot be guaranteed.

Day 5: Full-day Great Migration experience
Spend a full day following the herds and exploring the surrounding wilderness. Enjoy extended game drives with your professional guide, searching for lions, hyenas, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and other animals.
Your lodge/tented camps location are carefully selected to maximize opportunities for wildlife viewing.
Accommodation: Serengeti Wilderness Camps or a comparable accommodation operator
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 6: Serengeti wildlife and photographic safari
Enjoy another full day in the Serengeti, revisiting promising wildlife areas and exploring different sections of the ecosystem.
This day provides additional opportunities for photography, birdwatching, and observing the natural behavior of the animals.

Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 7: Final Morning Serengeti game drive and flight to Zanzibar via Arusha
Enjoy an early-morning game drive or breakfast, depending on the flight schedule.
Transfer to the Serengeti Kogatende airstrip for your first internal flight to Arusha Airport. Connect with your second internal flight from Arusha Airport to Zanzibar Airport.
Upon arrival in Zanzibar, meet your driver and transfer to Zanzibar Tembo House Hotel.
Accommodation: Zanzibar Tembo House Hotel.
Meals: In Zanzibar, only bed and breakfast are included in the package. Lunch and dinner are at the clients’ own expense, allowing them the flexibility to explore a variety of dining options. Zanzibar offers a unique culinary experience, with a wide selection of local and international cuisines.
Days 8–10: Three-Day Zanzibar Beach Holiday
Day 8: Relaxation on Zanzibar's tropical beaches
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast followed by a full day at the beach. Swim in the Indian Ocean, relax by the pool, enjoy the tropical scenery, or take part in optional water activities.
Accommodation: Zanzibar Tembo House Hotel.
Meals: Breakfast.
Day 9: Zanzibar leisure day and optional excursions
Enjoy a free day to explore Zanzibar at your own pace.
Optional activities include a Stone Town cultural tour, a spice farm visit, a traditional dhow cruise, snorkeling, or a marine excursion to Mnemba Island, subject to conditions and availability.
Accommodation: Zanzibar Tembo House Hotel.

Day 10: Zanzibar to Nyerere National Park
Enjoy breakfast before transferring to Zanzibar Airport for your third internal flight to Nyerere National Park, also known as the Selous ecosystem.
On arrival at the designated airstrip, meet your safari representative and transfer to your lodge or tented camp. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy an afternoon game drive or a relaxed introduction to the surrounding wilderness.
Accommodation: Rufiji River Camp or Similar Accommodation
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, depending on flight timing.
Days 11–13: Three-Day Nyerere National Park Safari
Day 11: Full-day Nyerere wildlife safari
Explore Nyerere National Park, one of Tanzania's largest protected wilderness areas. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wild dogs, and a variety of bird species.
The landscape offers a different safari experience from the Serengeti, with riverine scenery, woodland, and expansive wilderness.
Accommodation: Rufiji River Camp or Similar Accommodation
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 12: Rufiji River boat safari for Up close Hippo exploration
This is a special day for mama ( your wife), it is a Rufiji River boat safari in Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous Game Reserve) which offers an up-close, water-level view of large hippo pods, crocodiles, and drinking elephants, it will be half day boat tour. In the afternoon, you return to Rufiji River Camp.
Accommodation: Rufiji River Camp or Similar Accommodation.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 13: Final safari activity and flight to Zanzibar for departure
Enjoy breakfast and a final morning activity, subject to your flight schedule.
Transfer to the Nyerere airstrip for your fourth internal flight back to Zanzibar Airport. From Zanzibar, connect with your international flight back to Europe.
Important: This final connection must be carefully verified. For same-day international departures, it is advisable to select a sufficiently late return flight to allow for any potential delays. If the flight schedules do not provide adequate assurance of a reliable connection, an additional overnight stay in Zanzibar is strongly recommended to minimize the risk of missing the international departure.
